About this service
Verry connects you with licensed clinicians for telehealth reviews and, where appropriate, treatment. It is not a substitute for emergency care. If you have a medical emergency, contact your local emergency service.
Eligibility
You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction and provide accurate information. A clinician may decline a request where treatment is not suitable.
Clinical discretion
Any plan or prescription is at the reviewing clinician's discretion based on the information you provide. Nothing on this site is a guarantee of treatment or an offer to prescribe.
Payments and orders
Verry is direct-pay, per order — there is no subscription. Medication and shipping costs are shown transparently before any charge is made.
Returns and cancellation
Unopened medication can be returned within fourteen days. Because there is no subscription, there is nothing to cancel — you simply order when you need to.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Verry is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site. Always follow your clinician's guidance and read product information.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
