When you message us on WhatsApp or Telegram, or complete an intake, we collect the details you choose to share: your name, contact handle, and the health information needed for a clinician to review your request. We do not buy or rent personal data from third parties.
How we use it
We use your information to review your request, reply with a plan, fulfil and ship any order you place, and keep in touch about that care. We do not use your health information for advertising.
Who we share it with
We share only what is necessary with the clinician who reviews your case and the pharmacy or fulfilment partner that prepares and ships an order. We do not sell your personal information.
Retention
We keep records for as long as needed to provide care and to meet legal and clinical record-keeping obligations, then delete or anonymise them.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, and you can stop contacting us at any time — there is no subscription to cancel. Reach us through the channels below.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission is perfectly secure, so please share only what a clinician needs.
